摘 要:为了减缓采油过程中金属装备的CO_2腐蚀,有针对性地研制了两种固体缓蚀剂。通过极化曲线,电化学阻抗谱、滴定法对研制的固体缓蚀剂的缓蚀率和缓释效果进行评价。结果表明:固体缓蚀剂A为孔隙释放型固体缓蚀剂,固体缓蚀剂B为溶解释放型固体缓蚀剂,两种固体缓蚀剂均可满足油井采出液环境中采油装备CO_2腐蚀控制的需求。In order to slow down the CO_2 corrosion of metal equipment during the process of oil production,two kinds of solid inhibitors were investigated.Polarization curve,electrochemical imperdance spectroscopy and titration method were used to evaluate the inhibition efficiency and effectiveness of the solid inhibitor.The results showed that solid inhibitor A was a pore-release solid inhibitor,and solid inhibitor B was a dissolution-release solid corrosion inhibitor.Both the two solid inhibitors can meet the needs of CO_2 corrosion for oil production equipment in oil well environment.
