摘  要:六氟化硫(SF6)气体因其良好的绝缘性能和灭弧特性被广泛应用于电气设备之中。目前中国电力系统SF6年使用量达到5 0006 000 t,占全国SF6总用量的80%以上,而且还在以每年20%的速度增加。电力行业现有在役设备中的存量气体约为18 000 t,每年的可循环再利用量约为600 t。今后,随着电网尤其是高电压等级输配电线路的飞速发展以及GIS组合电器在变电站内的不断应用,电力系统内的SF6气体用量将进一步迅速增加。另一方面,由于SF6气体的温室效应因子是二氧化碳(CO2)的23 900倍,成为《京都协议书》规定的6种禁排气体之一,因此,出于节能减排的考虑,对SF6气体进行全寿命周期的管理值得研究和探索。在以往实践基础上对SF6气体全寿命周期管理的内容和关键点进行了介绍,对实现SF6气体全寿命周期管理和促进电网节能减排具有借鉴意义。Sulfur hexafluoride( SF6) gas has been widely used in electrical equipment because of its good insulating and arc characteristics. At present,the amount of SF6 used in power grid of China reaches 5 000 6 000 tons every year,accounting for more than 80% of the national total SF6 usage,which still rises at an annual rate of 20%. The storage volume of SF6 in service equipment of the electric power industry is about 18 000 tons,and the volume of SF6 which can be recycled is about 600 tons every year. In the future,with the rapid development of the high voltage power transmission lines and the application of gas insulated substation,the usage of SF6 gas will further increase rapidly in the power grid. On the other hand,because the global warming potential( GWP) of SF6 is 23 900 times that of CO2,SF6 becomes one of the six gases prohibited by Kyoto Protocol. Therefore,considering energy conservation and emissions reduction,the full life cycle management of SF6 gas is worth studying and exploring. Based on the traditional practices,the content and key points of SF6 full life cycle management were introduced in this paper. To realize the SF6 full life cycle management and promote the power grid,it has reference significance for energy conservation and emissions reduction.
