摘　　要：从煤炭行业形势低迷、大型煤炭企业集团急需转型的现实状况出发,基于集成创新的理念,梳理大型煤炭企业集团内部资源要素与集成开发驱动要素,明晰资源间的相互关系,为达到资源要素间的有机结合奠定基础。从集成创新的多样化模式中筛选出适应大型煤炭企业集团的模式,设计以"资源要素+动力要素+平台支撑"为基本形式,构建大型煤炭企业集团"土地—矿产—科技—物业—金融"五位一体的资源系统总体开发模式,并以制定集成创新的前瞻性、共生性与统筹性的资源系统开发原则为指导,通过引入协同创新理论、共生理论与价值链理论进一步细化架构为内外部集成发展的资源协同创新开发、内部资源集成的横向共生开发与单一资源产业链纵向延伸开发交错并行的资源系统开发框架,显化资源潜在价值并实现资源间的共生协同开发。为大型煤炭企业集团在煤炭市场不景气的状况下,重视自身资源、借助集成创新平台加以系统开发进而转变经营方式,为逐步走出困境提供理论依据与实践参考,对煤炭企业可持续发展具有一定的借鉴意义。Starting from the large coal enterprise groups＇ impendency transformation needs during the downturn of coal industry,this paper clarified the internal resource elements and integrated development driving element,and cleared the relationship between resources to achieve the organic integration between the resource elements to lay the research foundation,based on the concept of integrated innovation. Selected suitable integrated innovation model to construct the＂land- minerals- science- property- finance ＂ systemic overall resource development model,which took＂resource element ＋ platform support ＋ dynamic factors＂ as the basic form. With the instructional principles of prospective,symbiosis and co- ordinations,this paper introduced collaborative innovation theory,symbiosis theory and value chain theory to refine the whole development framework. The refined framework consisted of three dimensions,internal and external resources innovative collaboration development,internal resources lateral symbiotic development and single resource industrial longitudinally extending chain development,which manifested resource potential value and achieved symbiotic co- development between resources. Then this paper provided a theoretical basis and practical reference for large coal enterprise groups to pay attention to internal resources and develop them systemically with integrated innovation platform,so as to transform the operation to be out of the woods gradually,which had certain significance to the sustainable development of coal enterprises in the coal market downturn situation.
