摘 要:高速摄像机拍摄水中爆炸图像时,用于安装摄像机的防护结构在水中爆炸冲击波作用下可能产生塑性变形和较大位移,影响到高速摄像系统使用安全和图像拍摄效果;作者设计了高速摄像机水中抗冲击防护结构,为验证防护结构强度设计的合理性和水下爆炸作用下的稳定性,利用ABAQUS软件对防护结构抗水下爆炸冲击性能进行数值仿真计算,用冲击因子设置4个仿真计算工况;计算结果显示:防护结构在60 kg TNT当量装药、0.5的爆炸冲击因子作用下未产生塑性变形,产生的位移小于5 cm,防护结构强度和稳定性满足该条件下摄像机安全防护和水中爆炸图像拍摄使用要求。The protecting structure for the camera tends to have plastic deformation and come into being displacement under shock wave caused by under-water explosion when the camera is taking photo of the explosion images, which will influence the system safety and shooting effect. A Protecting structure was designed to satisfy the camera safety demand. To proof the strength and the stability of high-speed camera protecting structure, four loading cases were set up and numerical calculations were performed on the protecting structure with ABAQUS software. The results show that protecting structure doesn' t have plastic deformation with 60 kg TNT and shock factor of 0.5 and can satisfy the safety protection and shooting demand of underwater explosions.
