摘  要:针对目前国内弹载存储测试装置以单通道为主,且现有的三轴测试装置也是基于单轴测试装置通过多路复用开关实现,采样同步性差、精度和速率低、存储容量小等缺点,提出了基于三轴加速度传感器的弹载存储测试装置。该装置采用AD8421芯片实现了三轴微弱信号的放大,以F28335作为主控器,控制模数转换芯片ADS8556进行数据采集和转换,并将转换的数据存储至FLASH中,采样精度为16bit,三通道同步采样速率为800ksps,存储容量为2 M×16bit。对三轴弹载存储测试装置进行了地面模拟测试,测试结果表明:该存储测试装置三轴同步采样速率和采样精度高、数据存储容量大,可满足高冲击三轴加速度信号弹载存储测试要求。这为各类钻地弹和超声速巡航弹药的精确炸点控制奠定技术基础,具有重要实际工程使用价值。Aiming at the shortcomings of low precision of high-speed acquisition and high-capacity storage onboard storage testing device used to record the tri-axial accelerometer's high impact output signal in the hard target penetration projectile process,a high impact tri-axial accelerometer onboard storage testing device was designed.The device used AD8421 to implement signal amplification,used digital potentiometers to realize autobalancing and amplification adjustable of the bridge.As the main controller,F28335 controlled the ADS8556 data acquisition and conversion and save the data to FLASH.The designed onboard storage device's sample accuracy ups to 16 bit,three-channel simultaneous sample rate ups to 800 ksps and storage capacity ups to 2M × 16 bit.Ground simulation tests were conducted for the tri-axial onboard storage device.Test results showed that the onboard storage device has high precision and high simultaneous sampling sample rate and high-capacity storage.The design fully met the onboard storage requirements,which provided a basis for accurate burst point control of the earth penetration bomb and supersonic cruise missile and is of significance in engineer.
