摘  要:针对目前对圆柱壳状零件屈曲特性进行仿真分析时忽略其上盖、圆角等结构的问题,为引信圆柱支筒保险机构优化设计和性能分析提供参考,利用ANSYS Workbench软件仿真研究了美军M739A1引信中的圆柱支筒在动态载荷作用下的屈曲特性,得到弹丸寿命期内可信环境下该圆柱支筒形态、轴向变形量以及最大应力随时间变化规律。震动环境、跌落过载低于47 000 g、发射过载低于38 000 g以及落速小于80m/s触碰土壤目标时支筒均不会屈曲。落速大于100m/s触碰土壤目标时支筒屈曲,且随着落速提高,屈曲临界时间明显减小,但临界应力增大不明显。弹丸对地触发落角越小,屈曲临界应力越小,屈曲临界时间越长。支筒屈曲特性受弹丸旋转环境影响很小,而圆角和上盖影响不可忽略。Due to the problem that ignoring the structure of loam cake and rounded when doing the simulation of cylindrical shell buckling characteristics and in order to provides reference for optimizing the design and performance analysis of cylindrical support safe device,the ANSYS Workbench was used to do the study of simulation that the buckling characteristics of cylindrical support of M739 fuze under dynamic load.Getting the rule which cylindrical support's form,axial deformation and maximum stress changed with time under the trusted environment of projectile lifetime.The support could not buckle under the vibration environment,less than 47 000 gfall overload,less than 38 000 gsetback overload and impact the soil with the velocity less than 80m/s.While the velocity was more than 100m/s,the support buckle.The buckling critical time increased obviously with the velocity increasing,while the critical stress increases unobviously.The falling angle is smaller,the critical stress is less and critical time is longer.The influence of projectile spinning to support's bucking characteristics could be ignored,while the fillet and loam cake cannot.
