摘 要:为了提高机械弹性车轮的承载能力,对影响车轮承载特性的因素进行研究。基于车轮的多体结构及0轮分层结构,建立了机械弹性车轮非线性有限元模型,分析了0轮厚度和弹性环截面边长等结构参数对机械弹性车轮承载特性的影响,揭示了车轮结构参数的改变对承载特性影响的规律,为机械弹性车轮结构及整车动力学特性的优化设计提供依据。In order to improve the load carrying characteristic of the mechanical elastic wheel, the factors affecting the load carrying characteristic of the wheel were studied. Based on the multi body structure of the wheel and the kneading wheel layered structure, the nonlinear finite element model of the mechanical elastic wheel was established, and the impact of thickness of the kneading wheel steel ring and the steel ring section length on load carrying characteristics of mechanical elastic wheel were analyzed. The rule of the structural parameters on the load carrying characteristic of the wheel was obtained, which provides the basis for the structural optimization design of the mechanical elastic wheel.
