大丰港段岸线资源开发利用的经济评价研究

摘　　要：综合利用AHP层次分析法和专家打分法,选取自然条件因素、政策法规因素、经济发展因素、社会服务因素、资源环境因素、交通区位因素等6大类41个具体细化指标,建立符合大丰港岸线特点的经济评价指标体系,确定指标权重并将定性指标具体量化,对大丰港岸线资源的整体开发利用状况进行合理评价。结果表明:大丰港岸线资源经济评价总得分为0.87,属于开发利用经济效果最佳的岸线资源,适宜进行港口开发和发展临港工业。The characteristics of Dafeng port coastline was established by comprehensively using analytic hierarchy process menthod and expert scoring method and selectiing 6 categories of natural conditions, policies and regulations, economic development, social services, resources and environment factors, traffic location factors, 41 specific refinement indicators, and then the index weight was determined and the qualitative indexes were quantified and finally we gave reasonable evaluation of development and utilization status of resources in Dafeng port shoreline. The results show that the total economic evaluation score of resources of Dafeng port coastline is 0.87, which belongs to the best of coastal resources and it is suitable for port development and port industry.
