摘 要:为了在煤矿安全管理工作中实现科学地人力资源配置,本文在灰色理论的基础上,运用灰色统计方法,以安全人员为研究对象,以安全人员的客观背景条件为评价指标,尝试通过拟定不同指标的权重值,将一些模糊的概念及情况数值化,在没有外界因素干扰的情况下,根据计算求出参与研究的安全人员的灰类,以此筛选出灰优等级的安全人员,并在以后的安全生产中,尽可能多的以灰优安全人员的意见为主。以此建立一套详细的安全管理人员的筛选方法,并突出了安全管理人员对整个安全生产的影响,为提高煤矿安全管理水平和安全评价准确性提供科学有利的依据。In order to achieve scientific human resources management in coal mine safety work,based on the gray theory,taking gray statistics as the approach and safety personnel as the study object,with the objective background conditions of safety personnel as the study of indicators,this paper tries to develop the weight values of different indicators,and numeralizes some vague concepts and case.In the absence of external factors,it calculates and obtaines the gray class of the safety personnel participating in the study,with which the safety personnel of excellent pray class is filted out,and the opinins of these people should be taken as muchas consideration in the future work safety.A detailed screening method of safety management personnel is established according to this,highlighting the impact of the safety management personnel on the entire work safety,whith provides a scientific basis for the level of safety management and safety assessment.
