摘 要:应用ASPEN软件模拟CO2-O2/H2O混合气氛下的煤气化系统,采用分析法对系统的效率和损失状况进行了分析,考察了气化温度、气化剂中CO2的含量以及气化剂预热温度三种因素对气化系统效率的影响。结果表明:当气化温度从800℃升高到1400℃时,效率从76.31%提高到88.49%;随着气化剂中CO2含量提高,气化过程效率先降低后升高,当CO2含量提高至12%以后,气化过程效率持续升高,气化剂中CO2的含量为45%~48%时,气化煤气中有效气体含量达到最高值79.41%;气化剂的预热温度对效率的影响很小。This paper investigated the simulation of coal gasification system Under CO2-O2/ H2 O atmosphere.Using ASPEN PLUS to simulate exergy efficiency and exergy losses situation of the coal gasification system,it investigated the gasification temperature,carbon dioxide levels and the preheating temperature of the gasifying agent etc.factors on exergy efficiency.The results show that:When the gasification temperature was raised from 800℃ to 1400℃,exergy efficiency was raised from 76.31% to 88.49%; with the CO2 content in gasification agent increased,exergy efficiency of gasification process first and then increased,after CO2 content increased to 12%,the gasification process exergy efficiency persistently elevated,the CO2 content in the gasification agent of 45% to 48%,the effective gas content reached the highest value 79.41%; The preheating temperature The preheating temperature of gasification agent has little effect on the exergy efficiency.
