不同煤质游离SiO_2的含量与尘肺发病关系研究

摘　　要：采用红外分光法测定煤矿粉尘中游离SiO_2含量。用回顾性流行病学方法对不同地区不同煤质的15个煤矿的尘肺患病率进行调查,探索不同煤质煤尘中游离SiO_2的含量与相应尘肺患病率之间的关系。结果显示无烟煤游离SiO_2含量(%)均值为3.54±0.65;烟煤游离SiO_2含量(%)均值为3.46±0.31;褐煤游离SiO_2含量(%)均值为2.55±0.29。无烟煤、烟煤、褐煤煤矿工人尘肺患病率(%)均值分别为4.46,2.16,0.91。无烟煤煤矿接尘工人尘肺患病率明显高于烟煤、褐煤煤矿工人(P<0.001)。煤工尘肺患病率以无烟煤矿最高,烟煤矿次之,褐煤矿最低。研究结果对预防煤矿尘肺病具有重要意义。在今后修订煤尘卫生标准时,建议根据不同的煤质制订相应的卫生标准。Infrared spectrophotometric method is used to determinate the free silica content in coal dust.By means of retrospective epidemiological methods,the pneumoconiosis prevalence rate in different parts of 15 different coal mines is investigated,in order to explore the causal relationship between the free silica content in different coal dust of different coal quality and the corresponding pneumoconiosis prevalence rate.The results show that firstly anthracite free silica content（%） is average for 3.54 ± 0.65,bituminous coal free silica content（%） for 3.46 ± 0.31,lignite free silica content（%） for 2.55 ± 0.29.Secondly,the pneumoconiosis prevalence rates（%） of anthracite,bituminous and lignite coal mine workers are respectively 4.46,2.16 and 0.91.Thirdly,anthracite coal mine workers are exposed to dust pneumoconiosis prevalence rate significantly higher than bituminous and lignite coal mine workers（P 0.001）,the pneumoconiosis prevalence rate of anthracite coal mine workers is the highest,followed by bituminous coal mine workers and lignite coal mine workers.The result has great significance to prevent the occurrence of pneumoconiosis.In the next revision of coal dust hygiene standard,corresponding health standard is suggested to formulate according to different coal qualities.
