摘 要:以4,6-二异戊氧基-1,3-苯二磺酰氯为原料,三乙胺作缚酸剂,二氯甲烷或丙酮作溶剂,合成了4,6-二异戊氧基-1,3-二苯磺酸喹啉-8-酯(2)、4,6-二异戊氧基-1,3-二-(4-烯丙基-2-甲氧基)苯二磺酸酯(3)和4,6-二异戊氧基-1,3-二磺酰二甲基胺基苯(4)。产物结构用IR,1 H NMR等进行了确认。利用紫外光谱分析的方法研究了化合物2~4对Ca^(2+)、Pb^(2+)及部分过渡金属等20种金属离子的识别。结果发现:化合物2对Sn^(2+)显示出较弱的作用,由于Sn^(2+)和Bi^(3+)协同作用的影响,在化合物2-Sn^(2+)的体系中加入Bi^(3+),紫外吸收光谱在324nm左右形成强烈吸收峰,这说明化合物2对Bi^(3+)显示优于Sn^(2+)的较好选择性;化合物3对Bi^(3+)显示出较好的选择性,在化合物3-Bi^(3+)的体系中加入Sn^(2+)或Cu^(2+),紫外吸收光谱290~300nm处的吸收峰红移至322nm左右,并且随Sn^(2+)浓度增大峰强度增强不显著;化合物4对Cu^(2+)显示出一定的选择性,在化合物4-Cu^(2+)的体系中加入Bi^(3+),紫外吸收光谱在322nm左右形成强烈吸收峰。4, 6-Di-isopentyloxy-benzene-1,3-disulfonic acid diquinolin-8-yl ester (2), 4, 6-di-isopentyloxy- benzene-l,3-disulfonic acid bis-(4-allyl-2-methoxy-phenyl) ester (3) and 4,6-di-isopentyloxy-benzene-1,3- di(N,N-dimethylsulfonamides) (4) were synthesized using 4,6-di-isopentyloxy-benzene-1,3-disulfonyl di- chlorides and 8-hydroxyquinoline, 4-allyl-2-methoxy-phenol or 2,4,6-tris (dimethylaminomethyl) phenol as the starting materials, triethylamine as the acid binding agent, and acetone or dichloromethane as the sol- vent. The products were characterized by IR, 1H NMR techniques. The recoginition of compounds 2~4 for Ca2+ , Pb2+ and some transition metal ions was studied with UV spectrum. The primary results show that the interaction between compound 2 and Sn2+ is weak, and if Bi3~ solution is added into compound 2 and Sn2~ system, a strong absorption peak at 324 nm appears in UV spectrum, showing that compound 2 has better recognition ability for Bi3+ than Sn2+. Compound 3 also has better recognition capability for Bi3+ , and if Sn2+ or Cuz+ solution is added into compound 3 and Bi3+ system, the strong absorption peak is red shifted from 290~300 nm to ca. 322 nm in UV spectrum, and the peak intensity enhances inconspicu- ously with the increasement of the concentration of Sn2+. Compound 4 has some recognition capability for Cu2+ , and if Bia+ solution is added into compound 4 and Cue+ system, a strong absorption peak appears at ca. 322 nm in UV spectrum.
