摘  要:就添加不同种类粘结剂,以强化镜铁精矿制粒,从而提高镜铁精矿在烧结料中的配比进行了试验研究。结果表明:在镜铁精矿配比为36%时,添加有机、无机或有机无机复合粘结剂均可改善烧结料层透气性,垂直烧结速度可提高1.08~2.62 mm/min,利用系数增加了0.03~0.14 t/(m^2·h),烧结矿转鼓强度达到67%~72%,固体燃耗则降低2.82~4.01 kg/t。其中,有机无机复合粘结剂综合效果最佳。The experimental study was carried out for increasing the ratio of specularite concentrate in sintering mixture through strengthening specularite concentrate granulation by adding different types of binders. The results show that,when the specularite concentrate ratio is 36%,adding organic,inorganic or organic-inorganic composite binder can improve the sinter bed permeability,the vertical sintering speed can be increased by 1. 08 ~ 2. 62 mm / min,the utilization coefficient is increased by0. 03 ~ 0. 14 t /( m^2·h),the tumbler index of sinter reaches 67% ~ 72%,the solid fuel consumption is reduced by 2. 82 ~ 4. 01 kg / t,wherein the organic-inorganic composite binder has the best comprehensive effect.
