摘  要:在烧结料面喷入一定量的可燃气体,在烧结负压作用下,可燃气体被抽入烧结料层并在料层中的燃烧层上部高温段燃烧放热,从而拓宽了烧结燃烧层;同时,由于减少了固体燃料配比,使得烧结最高温度降低,有利于复合铁酸钙的生成,从而改善烧结矿质量。试验重点研究了喷加10 min和15 min条件下不同热量补偿比例对烧结指标的影响。结果表明,喷入焦炉煤气后,烧结矿质量和冶金性能得到改善,微观结构趋于合理。A certain amount of combustible gas is injected on the surface of sintering material bed,under the suction pressure,the combustible gas is drawn into the material bed and it fired and released heat at the upper high temperature zone of material combustion layer,thus the thickness of combustion zone is increased. Meanwhile,due to the decrease of solid fuel proportion,the maximum temperature of the sintering process drops,and the SFCA forms with high strength and reducibility,and thus the quality of sinter is improved. The influences of different thermal compensation ratio on the sintering indexes were investigated under the condition of injecting the combustible gas for 10 minutes or 15 minutes,and the results show that,the sinter quality and metallurgical performance are improved and the microstructure becomes more rational after the coke oven gas is injected.
