摘　　要：青钢环保搬迁新区建设过程中,通过借鉴临港钢铁企业的经营理念,对综合原料场的物料接收、存储、供应流程进行了优化。通过合理的工艺布局、齐全的环保设施、完善的自动化控制、细致的信息化监控,提高了料场的运营管理水平,为青钢低成本高效运营奠定了基础。During the construction process of environmental relocation of Qingdao Steel,by borrowing the business ideas of iron and steel enterprises near harbor,the material receiving,storage and supply process of the comprehensive stockyard were optimized. Through reasonable process layout,complete environmental protection facilities,the improved automation control and careful monitoring using information technology,the operational management level of the stockyard was improved,laying a foundation for the low cost and high efficient operation of Qingdao Special Steel Co.,Ltd.
