芪胶升白胶囊联合康复新液对乳腺癌根治术后创面溃疡的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察芪胶升白胶囊(大枣、阿胶、淫羊藿等)联合康复新液对化疗期乳腺癌根治术后创面溃疡的临床疗效。方法将2013年7月—2015年6月行乳腺癌改良根治术后发生切口溃疡的93例女性患者随机分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(48例)。治疗组患者在切口出现溃疡时用康复新液湿敷患处,并在化疗后口服芪胶升白胶囊。对照组患者同样在切口出现溃疡时用康复新液湿敷患处,并在化疗后口服升白安片。对两组患者的疗效进行比较。结果治疗3周时,治疗组显效率95.6%,对照组75.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组愈合时间(17.8±4.7)d,对照组(22.7±5.4)d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗前后血浆超敏C反应蛋白(CRP)下降显著优于对照组(P<0.01),且白细胞计数也显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论芪胶升白胶囊内服联合康复新湿敷可显著促进乳腺癌根治术后创面溃疡的愈合,其机制可能与激活骨髓造血,提高细胞免疫,减少炎症反应以及改善创面微循环,促进组织修复有关。AIM To observe the clinical efficacy of Qijiao Shenbai Capsules（ Jujubae Fructus,Asini Corii Colla,Epimedii Folium,etc.） combined with Kangfuxin Liquid on post-operation ulcers for chemotherapy patients who had undergone radical mastectomy for breast cancer. METHODS Ninety-three postoperative incision ulcers cases（ Jul 2013-Jun 2015） of female patients who had undergone modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group（ n = 45） was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid wet dressing on ulcer around incision,followed by taking Qijiao Shenbai Capsules after chemotherapy started. The control group（ n = 48） was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid wet dressing on ulcer around incision,followed by taking Berbamine Hydrochloride. Treatment results of both groups were analyzed and compared.RESULTS The explicit efficiencies after three weeks treatment in the treatment group and control group were95. 6% and 75. 0%,respectively,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 01）. The average healing time in the treatment group was（ 17. 8 ± 4. 7） d,while（ 22. 7 ± 5. 4） d in the control group with statistical significance（ P〈0. 01）. The treatment group had more significant decrease of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（ hs-CRP） before and after the treatment than that for the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Similarly,the white blood cell count was higher for the treatment group（ P〈0. 01） than that for the control group. CONCLUSION Qijiao Shenbai Capsules combined with Kangfuxin Liquid can significantly promote ulcer wound＇s healing after radical mastectomy. The mechanism might be through activating the bone marrow hematopoiesis,improving cellular immunity,reducing inflammation and promoting the microcirculation around the wound and tissue repair.
