摘  要:利用云南海拔2 650 m高寒稻区种植的地方粳稻老品种小麻谷与具有籼稻细胞质背景的改良品系南34为亲本,将在400、1 860、2 200 m共3个不同海拔下产生的正反交F_2群体于相同条件下种植,对生物学性状间的相关性进行分析比较。结果显示,F_2群体中各性状间的相关性易受到细胞质背景和杂合体F_1产生F_2群体海拔的影响,其中播始历期、结实率、着粒密度与各性状间的相关性受到的影响尤为突出,表明不同细胞质背景和海拔差异对水稻F1的雄配子基因型具有明显的选择效应,选择压力引起雄配子的败育导致其后代孢子体生物学性状发生变异。The correlation was analyzed in six F2 populations planted at the same condition, which generated from reciprocal hybrids at three different elevations of 400 m, 1 860 m, and 2 200 m. The material parents were Xiaomagu ( XMG ), japonica rice landrace that had strong cold tolerance, and N34, an improved japonica variety that cytoplasm donated by indica rice. The results showed that the correlation among biological characteristics was obviously influenced by the cytoplasmic background and F2-generated ahitude, all these biological characteristics, especially heading days, seed setting rate and grain density. It is contributed that the cytoplasmic background and altitude variation had selecting pressure on male gametic genotype of F18, and such fertility difference could result in biological characteristics variation on descendant progenies.
