摘  要:为掌握广宁红花油茶花芽分化特征,以广宁红花油茶为研究对象,对其花芽分化过程的解剖形态变化、外观形态变化和含水率变化进行了观察。结果表明:(1)广宁红花油茶花芽分化期可分为前分化期、萼片形成期、花瓣形成期、雌雄蕊形成期、子房与花药形成期、雌雄蕊成熟期6个时期,不同时期内部形态特征变化明显;(2)广宁红花油茶花芽于4月下旬开始进入分化阶段,于9月下旬完成分化,历时150 d左右;(3)花芽长宽比大小变化特征与不同分化期存在一定对应联系,在整体上是先由大变小,再变大;而花芽含水率则在分化期内整体上呈上升趋势。In order to understand the flower bud differentiation characteristics of Camellia semiserrata Chi., in this paper, anatomical morphological change, appearance change and moisture content change of C. semiserrata Chi. were observed. The results showed that: ( 1 ) The flower bud differentiation period of C. semiserrata had six phases, which were former differentiation stage, sepal forming stage, petal forming stage, as well as stamen and pistil forming stage, ovary and anther formation stage, and tamen and pistil maturity stage, variation characteristics of internal morphology in different phases were obvious. ( 2 ) C. semiserrata bud began to differentiate in late April, finished in late September, lasting about 150 days. ( 3 ) There was some corresponding relationship between length to width ratio of bud and various differentiation periods, decreasing early and increasing late as a whole, while the moisture content of flower bud showed an increasing tendency within the differentiation period on the whole.
