摘 要:根据化工设备设计的一般要求和技术规范设计冻干显微镜(FDM)装置,通过查阅文献和计算,确定相关的参数。主要从冻干箱与冷凝器的尺寸、抗压强度、传热性能等几个方面进行FDM结构设计,并与光学相干断层扫描技术(OCT)和可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱(TDLAS)相结合,尝试开发新型冻干显微镜装置,以期实现在线监测冻干小瓶内制品的显微结构、温度、真空度和水蒸气浓度。The goal of this work was to apply the general chemical equipment design requirements and technical specifications to design the freeze-drying microscope (FDM) device, and determining the relevant parameters by consulting literatures and calculation. Its structure was mainly designed from the aspects of the size of freeze-drying chamber and condenser, as well as compressive strengths and heat transfer performance, and which was combined with optical coherence tomography (OCT) and tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology. A novel optical coherence tomography-based freeze-drying microscope device was researched and developed, hoping that the microscopic structure, temperature, vacuum and water vapor concentration of lyophilized products in vials were monitored on line.
