超声刀痔切除术治疗痔病的疗效和安全性观察(附46例临床报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨超声刀切除术治疗痔病的临床疗效。方法观察我院2014年9月至2014年12月收治的46例痔病患者,均采用超声刀痔切除术,观察临床治疗效果。结果 46例患者平均手术时间(9.7±3.3)min;术中平均出血量(2.0±1.8)m L;平均住院时间(7.2±2.5)d;平均创面愈合时间(22.3±2.9)d。46例均全部治愈,治愈率为100%,无外科需要处理的并发症。结论超声刀痔切除术治疗痔病具有安全、有效、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of ultrasonic scalpel hemorrhoidectomy. Methods Fortysix cases who were diagnosed hemorrhoids have been analyzed since September 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital. The clinical effects were observed, which were using ultrasonic scalpel hemorrhoidectomy. Results After treatment, mean operative time of 46 patients was（9.7 ± 3.3） min; mean intraoperative blood loss was（2.0 ±1.8） ml; the average length of stay was（7.2 ± 2.5） d; average healing time was（22.3 ± 2.9）d. 46 cases were cured, the cure rate was 100%, no surgical complications need to be addressed. Conclusion Ultrasonic scalpel hemorrhoidectomy treatment is safe, effective, less invasive, faster recovery, fewer complications.
