人文关怀护理对直肠癌结肠造瘘口围手术期患者负性情绪及生活质量的影

摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀护理对直肠癌结肠造瘘口围手术期患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选择2012年5月至2014年5月在我院接受Miles手术联合结肠造瘘术的68例直肠癌患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各34例,观察组患者接受人文关怀护理,对照组患者接受常规护理,比较两组患者负性情绪、自我护理能力、生活质量等方面情况。结果观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自我护理技能、自我责任感、自我概念以及健康知识水平评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的总体健康、生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率症8.82%明显低于对照组38.42%(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理有助于缓解患者焦虑抑郁情绪,增强自我护理能力,降低术后并发症,提高远期生活质量。Objective To study the effect of negative emotions and life quality of humanistic care nursing for rectal cancer patients received colostomy. Methods 68 cases of rectal cancer patients received Miles surgery combined with colostomy in our hospital during May 2012- May 2014 were randomly divided into observatin group and control group. The observation group received humanistic care nursing, the control group received usual care. Then negative mood, self-care ability and life quality were compared between two groups. Results Anxiety depression score： observation goup SAS, SDS score were significantly lower than the control group（P 〈0.05）;Self-care ability： observation group self-care skills, self-responsibility, self-concept and health knowledge score were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）; Life quality： observaton group physiological function, physical function, bodily pain, energy, social function, emotional role, mental health scores were higher than the control group（P 〈0.05）; Complications： observation group complications 8.82% was significantly lower than the control group 38.42%（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Humanistic care nursing helps to relieve patients’ anxiety depression, enhance self-care ability, and reduce the postoperative complications, then improve the long-term life quality.
