摘　　要：目的观察0.05%氟虫腈杀蟑胶饵对蟑螂的杀灭效果。方法通过室内、模拟现场和12个部队伙房现场进行灭效观察。结果 0.05%氟虫腈杀蟑胶饵在室内和模拟现场对德国小蠊4~6 d杀灭率为100%;现场按1 g/m2剂量处理后,1 d蟑螂平均密度下降率为89.21%、5 d平均密度下降率为99.38%、7~60 d后密度下降率均达100%。结论 0.05%氟虫腈杀蟑胶饵在室内、模拟现场和现场对蟑螂均有很好的杀灭效果,使用安全、方便,值得研究与推广应用。Objective To evaluate the killing effect of 0. 05% fluorine gel bait against cockroaches. Methods Testing the killing effect of 0. 05% fluorine gel bait against cockroaches in the laboratory, analogous field and forces kitchens. Results The laboratory and analogous field test showed that 100% mortality was achieved during 4 d to 6 d. In the field application, with a dosage of 1 g/mE, the density reduction rate （DRR） reached 89. 21% and 99. 38% 1 d and 5 d later, respectively. The 100% mortality was achieved 7 d to 60 d. Conclusion 0. 05% fluorine gel bait has proved effective, safe and easy to use for controlling cockroaches in the laboratory, analogous field and forces kitchens,which deserves to be popularized and applied.
