摘  要:目的调查韶关市致倦库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗性水平,指导科学有效地使用杀虫剂。方法按照WHO生物测试法,本地品系与敏感品系的LC50相比得出本地蚊虫抗性倍数。结果本地品系对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏、残杀威4种药剂的致死中浓度分别为6.20×10-3、9.04×10-3、1.42、0.59 mg/L,抗药性倍数为77.50、21.02、4.90、2.95。结论本地品系对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯杀虫剂已产生高度抗药性,对敌敌畏、残杀威具有低度抗药性,注意科学合理用药并进行综合防治。Objective To understand the resistance of Culex quinquefasciatus to commonly used insecticides in urban area of Shaoguan City. Methods The bioassay method recommended by WHO was applied in the investigation. Results The LC50 s of beta-cypermethrin, decamethrin, dichlorvos and propoxur to Culex quinquefasciatus were respectively 6. 20×10^-3,9. 04 ×10^-3,1.42 and 0. 59 mg/L, indicating that Culex quinquefasciatus developed 77.50, 21.02,4. 90 and 2. 95 folds of resistance to the four insecticides. Conclusion Culex quinquefasciatusin urban area of Shaoguan developed high resistance to beta-cypermethrin and decamethrin, low resistance to dichlorvos and propoxur. It is important to alternate insecticides in mosquito control and take integrated management.
