乙脑媒介生物及宿主动物血清抗体水平调查

摘　　要：目的了解本地区乙脑传播媒介的种类、密度及乙脑媒介生物宿主动物血清抗体水平感染状况。方法现场调查与实验室检测。结果共进行14次蚊虫密度、种类的监测,共捕蚊427只,其中三带喙库蚊占捕蚊总数的51.99%,猪乙脑感染率也最高,感染率达7.2%,平均感染率为5.8%。结论本地区活动主要的乙脑媒介蚊种为三带喙库蚊。宿主动物(猪)血清标本,阳性率水平总体变化随季节变化存在一定规律。Objective To determine the species and density of Japanese encephalitis （JE） vectors and JE infections in the animals host in the city of Huangshi, Hubei Province. Methods Laboratory experiments and field investigation. Results Totally 427 mosquitoes were captured from April to October. Culex triteaniorhynchus was the dominant species,accounting for 51.99% ,the average infection rate of pig was 5.8% and the maximum was 7.2%. Conclusion This study was mainly based on the seasonal fluctuation of JE vectors,habitats, ecological tropism and different geographical landscape and JE epidemic, using mosquito nets to capture local dominate mosquito species. The area of investigation was round of JE cases township high.
