摘 要:目的 通过构建临床医师岗位胜任力模型,针对临床医学专业本科生教育的现状,提出临床医学专业教育改革措施,从而为社会培养更加全面、素质更高、能力更强的医学人才.方法 选择安徽省合肥市及其周边地区二级甲等以上医院的临床医师和部分管理人员、护理人员和服务对象为研究对象,采用问卷调查方法和行为事件访谈方法建立临床医师岗位胜任力模型,根据专家研讨会讨论结果提出教改意见.结果 根据问卷调查和行为事件访谈结果,构建了由19项胜任特征组成的临床医师岗位胜任力模型,包括由9项胜任特征组成的基准岗位胜任力模型和由10项胜任特征组成的鉴别岗位胜任力模型.根据调查结果和专家研讨会讨论结果,就实习带教、教学方法、实验操作和课程设置4个方面提出了相关建议.结论 本研究构建的临床医师岗位胜任力模型具有一定的代表性,可以为临床医师的培训、选拔、晋升、评优和优秀临床医师的培养提供参考,并对安徽医科大学的医学教育改革提供基础数据支撑.Objective To propose education reform measures of clinical medicine,so that can bring up medical talented person with more comprehensive,higher quality and more capable for the society by building post competency model of clinicians and according to the current status of clinical undergraduate education.Methods The clinicians and some managers,nurses,patients of hospitals which ranked above dimethoxy in Hefei and the surrounding areas were selected as the study object;and then used questionnaire and behavioral event interview to establish the post competency model of clinicians;proposed education reform opinions of clinical medicine according to expert seminar discussions.Results According to the survey and behavioral event interview results,a post competency model of clinicians consisting of 19 competencies was built up,which included a fiducial post competency model consisting of 9 competencies and a identified post competency model consisting of 10 competencies.Besides we putted forward some related recommendations about practice teaching,teaching methods,experimental operation and curriculum setting four sides according to the survey and expert seminar discussions results.Conclusions The post competency model of clinicians which built in this research had some representation,it can provide refer-ence for the training,selection,promotion,appraised of clinicians and the culture of excellent clinicians;and it can also provide the basic data support for the medicine education reform of our school.
