佛山市副处级以上干部吸烟与被动吸烟情况的调查

摘　　要：目的了解佛山市副处级以上干部吸烟和被动吸烟流行水平,为佛山市进一步制定有效的控烟措施及更好开展控烟宣传提供依据。方法随机抽查佛山市副处级以上干部600名作为调查对象。观察并分析以下指标：总吸烟率、现在吸烟率、开始吸烟年龄、平均每日吸烟量、开始戒烟年龄、戒烟率和被动吸烟率。结果 600名调查者中,总吸烟率为26.33%（158/600）,男性吸烟率高于女性（31.95%vs 3.38%）（P〈0.01）。男性61～70岁组的吸烟率最高,为52.23%（35/67）,其次是30～40岁组（32.14%）,其他年龄组吸烟率稍低,吸烟情况与年龄分布有关（P〈0.01）。大学专科及以下的人员吸烟率最高,为31.03%（45/145）,但各组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。不吸烟的调查者中34.39%（152/442）处于被动吸烟状态,女性被动吸烟率与男性基本持平（分别为35.96%与33.84%）。结论我市副处级以上干部的吸烟和被动吸烟状况仍处于较高水平,控烟前景面临相当大的挑战。Objective To investigate epidemic condition of smoking and passive smoking of deputy division directors or above in Foshan,so as to provide evidence for further developing effective tobacco control measure and better carrying out publicity for tobacco control. Methods 600 deputy division directors or above in Foshan were randomly selected as the investigation objects. Observe and analyze following indicators： overall smoking rate,current smoking rate,age of smoking initiation,average daily smoking,age of smoking cessation,smoking cessation rate and passive smoking rates. Results Among 600 objects,the total smoking rate was 26.33%,and male smoking rate was higher than female smoking rate（31.95% vs 3.38%）（P〈0.01）. The smoking rate in Male 61-70 Age Group was the highest,52.23%（35/67）,followed by Male 30-40 Age Group（32.14%）. The smoking rate in other age groups was slightly low,and the smoking situation was related to the age distribution（P〈0.01）. The persons with an education background of college degree or lower had the highest smoking rate,31.03%（45/145）,but there was no statistical difference among different groups（P〈0.05）. 34.39% of non-smoking objects were in passive smoking state; and male and female passive smoking rate was essentially flat（35.96% and 33.84%,respectively）. Conclusion The deputy division directors or above remains a high level in smoking and passive smoking status. The prospect of tobacco control in this city is facing a considerable challenge.
