摘 要:目的观察增强自我效能干预对儿童哮喘的疗效和生存质量影响。方法 100例5岁以上的哮喘儿童随机分为对照组和干预组,每组50例。对照组采用药物治疗和常规干预措施,干预组采用药物治疗和增强自我效能的干预方法。比较两组干预后的疗效、自我效能以及生存质量。结果干预组的疗效明显高于对照组(Hc=7.041,P<0.01),通过增强自我效能干预后,干预组的解决问题信心、目标达成和应对事情的自信心均比对照组高(P<0.01),生存质量的各维度(包括哮喘症状、治疗相关问题、忧虑和沟通)也比对照组高(P<0.01)。结论增强哮喘儿童的自我效能干预,可提高哮喘儿童的治疗效果和生存质量。Objective To investigate the effect of enhanced self-efficacy intervention on efficacy and quality of life of the children with asthma. Methods 100 cases of children with asthma that have an age of 5 years or above were randomly divided into Control Group and Intervention Group with 50 cases in each group. Control Group received drug therapy and routine intervention while Intervention Group received drug therapy and enhanced self-efficacy intervention. The two groups were compared in terms of curative effect,self-efficacy and quality of life. Results Intervention Group had a significant curative effect than Control Group(Hc=7.041,P〈0.01); With enhanced self-efficacy intervention,Intervention Group had a greater problem-solving confidence,goal achievement and self-confidence to deal with matters than Control Group(P〈0.01); was also superior to Control Group(P〈0.01) in terms of all dimensions of quality of life(including asthma symptoms,problems related to treatment,anxiety and communication). Conclusion Enhanced self-efficacy can improve the curative effect and quality of life in children with asthma.
