摘  要:采用金相观察、硬度测试、冲击和拉伸试验,研究了不同水浴淬火及回火工艺对Q235钢强韧化的影响。结果表明,Q235钢经水浴淬火工艺的淬火态、180℃回火态的硬度及强度低于完全淬火后的淬火态、180%回火态的硬度和强度。但是,经20℃、100℃两次水浴淬火、180℃回火的冲击韧性高于60℃水浴淬火和完全水浴淬火两种工艺。对于Q235钢,在满足强度要求的前提下,20℃×4 s、100℃×30 min两次水浴淬火、180℃回火的热处理工艺能很好的改善其冲击韧性。The effects of techniques of the quenching by difference water-bath, following with tempering were investigated on strengthening and toughening of the Q235 steel by metallographic examination,hardness testing, impact and tensile experiments. The results show that the hardness and strength of the Q235 steel after the quenching by water-bath and tempering at 180 ℃ are lower compared with the normal quenching following with the same tempering process. However,the impact toughness after the quenching by the twice water-bath at 20 ℃ and 100 ℃ and the tempering at 180 ℃ is higher than that of the other two kinds of techniques ( 60 ℃water-bath quenching and normal quenching ) . In the premise of meeting its strength requirement,the quenching by the twice water-bath (20℃×4 s and 100℃×30 min)following with the tempering at 180℃ can improve greatly the impact toughness of the Q235 steel.
