摘  要:材料配比和烧制工艺均会对泡沫玻璃的性能产生较大影响。以碳酸钠掺量、粉煤灰掺量、发泡温度和发泡时间为主要因素,设计4因素3水平的正交试验,研究各因素对泡沫玻璃抗压强度和导热系数的影响。当粉煤灰掺量达到25%时,抗压强度显著提高;碳酸钠掺量和发泡时间分别为3%和30 min时,抗压强度达到最大;发泡温度对抗压强度的影响则不明显。当粉煤灰掺量、碳酸钠掺量、发泡时间和发泡温度分别在20%、3%、20 min和840℃时,导热系数最小。粉煤灰掺量在4个因素中对抗压强度和导热系数两个指标的影响均最显著,在设计泡沫玻璃配合比时,首先要确定合理的粉煤灰掺量。The mixture ratio of material and processing technology both have a greater impact on properties of the foam glass. Sodium carbonate content, fly ash, foaming temperature and foaming time were considered to be the major factors, four factors and three levels orthogonal experiment was designed to study the influence of these factors on the foam glass compressive strength and thermal conductivity. When the content of fly ash was 25%, compressive strength was significantly improved. When sodium carbonate content and foaming time was 3% and 30 min respectively, compressive strength achieved the maximum. The effect of foaming temperature on the compressive strength of the foam is not obvious. When fly ash content, sodium content, foaming time and foaming temperature were 20%, 3%, 20 min and 840 ℃ respectively, the thermal conductivity was down to the minimum. The content of fly ash in four factors was the most significant influence on the compressive strength and thermal conductivity. Therefore, the first thing is to determine a reasonable content of fly ash when the mix ratio of foam glass is designed.
