摘 要:入海排污口选址和方案比选对保护海洋环境资源,维护海洋生态系统安全起着非常重要的作用。针对近岸海域的区域特点,在广泛咨询与调研的基础上,辨析入海排污口选址的影响要素,从水域纳污适宜性和排污口工程建设可行性两方面构建入海排污口选址的生态适宜性评价指标体系;通过专家咨询与层次分析法相结合的方式确定单因子的权重,并采用生态适宜性方法进行综合评价;最后以深圳固戌污水处理厂为研究对象,通过计算分析确定其最优的入海排污口位置。该研究可为入海排污口的选址提供技术与决策支持,对于科学地开展海洋环境管理具有重大意义。The location of marine outfalls plays a vital role in protecting marine environment resources and maintaining marine ecosystem security.Considering regional characteristics of coastal water,on the basis of extensive consultation and investigation,this paper first identifies the factors affecting the location.Then,based on suitability evaluation of sewage assimilation of water areas and feasibility evaluation of outfall construction,the paper constructs the evaluation index system of ecology suitability of marine outfalls location,and choses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to decide the weights of the eco-suitability indices.Next,the paper proposes the eco-suitability method for comprehensive evaluation.Finally,the paper takes Shenzhen GU-Xu sewage treatment plant as a case study,determines the optimal locations of marine outfalls through computational analysis.The research can provide technical and decision-making support for the selection of the marine outfalls,and has great significance for scientifically developing marine environmental management.
