厦门市产学研合作绩效的影响因素和发展对策

摘　　要：产学研合作是推动经济增长的重要因素。以2011—2015年《厦门经济特区年鉴》中专利授权量和高新技术产业增加值作为产学研合作绩效的指标,运用灰色关联法对厦门市产学研合作绩效的影响因素进行分析。结果显示,厦门市对产学研合作绩效的影响因素按影响程度由高到低排列依次为:GDP、本地财政科技拨款、R&D经费支出、科技人员总量、大学生毕业量、高校专任教师数量、科技成果数量。厦门市应继续保持经济持续稳定增长,加大科技投入力度,加快人才队伍建设,提高科技人才质量和参与产学研合作的积极性,提高科技成果转化率,以促进厦门市产学研合作水平的提高。Industry-university-research cooperation is an important factor for economic growth. Using data of patents granted and value added of newtech industries obtained from Xiamen Special Economic Zone Yearbook2010 to 2014 this paper made a grey correlation analysis of factors influencing the performance of industryUniversity-Research Cooperation in Xiamen. The results show that the main influence factors are,in order of importance,GDP,appropriated funds for technology from local government,R＆D funds,number of technology staff, number of college graduates and teaching faculties, and scientific and technological achievements.Performance of industry-university-research cooperation in Xiamen can be improved with steady and sustained economic growth, increased investment in science and technology, greater efforts in developing high-quality professionals and talents,greater engagements of them in industry-university-research cooperation,and finally,and more effective commercialization of research findings.
