摘  要:目的探讨CT检测脑中线移位评估脑疝的临床价值。方法入选我院2014年5月至2015年4月脑疝临界组、脑疝组、无脑疝对照组病人120例,每组均为40例,全部病人均进行CT检测大脑镰、透明隔、三脑室、中脑的脑中线移位程度,比较三组的脑中线移位程度。结果临界脑疝组以及脑疝组的大脑镰、透明隔、三脑室、中脑的脑中线移位值显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);脑疝组的大脑镰、透明隔、三脑室、中脑的脑中线移位值显著高于临界脑疝组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论急性脑疝病人进行CT检测脑中线移位情况可评估脑疝的病情严重程度,效果确切,具有重要的临床价值。Objective To explore the clinical value of measuring cerebral midline shift in CT images to forecast brain hernia. Methods A total of 120 patients in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2015 were enrolled in this study, including 40 cases of critical cerebral hernia group, 40 cases of cerebral hernia group and 40 cases of control group (without cerebral hernia). All cases received CT to detect the midline shift degrees of falx, septum, third ventricle and midbrain, and the midline shift degrees of three groups were compared. Results The values of midline shift of falx, septum, third ventricle and midbrain of critical cerebral hernia group and cerebral hernia group were significantly higher than those of control group (P 〈0.01). The values of midline shift of falx, septum, third ventricle and midbrain of cerebral hernia group were significantly higher than those of critical cerebral hernia group (P〈0.01). Conclusions Measuring cerebral midline shift in CT images for patients with acute brain hernia can effectively evaluate the disease severity, which has important clinical value.
