摘  要:目的配制Roche E170/E601电化学发光免疫分析系统试剂Procell和Cleancell。方法采用自配的Roche Procell、Cleancell试剂与系统原装的Procell、Cleancell执行Roche仪器性能检测(APC),采用Roche试剂和定标液在E170/E601仪器上检测相同的标本42例,比较分析两者的准确性、测量范围及试剂稳定性的差异。结果自配和原装试剂和定标液测定42个标本4个检查项目,检查结果无统计学差异(P>0.05);选取超出检测范围标本,其测量范围和灵敏度无统计学差异(P>0.05);将自配的缓冲液室温放置1年,其外观保持无色透明、无沉淀,自配和原装缓冲液检查结果无统计学差异(P>0.05);细菌培养统计菌落数无明显变化。结论自配与系统原装试剂检测结果无差异,准确度高,稳定性好,适合于临床应用和推广。Objective To prepare the reagents of Procell and Cleancell for Roche El 70/E601 electrochemistry luminescence immunity analyzer. Methods Self-made reagents and original system reagents (Procell and Cleancell) were used for APC test. 42 samples were tested in EI70/E601 with self-made reagents and original system reagents respectively, and the accuracy, measuring range and stability were compared. Results No statistical difference was found in the results of 4 examination items of 42 samples between self-made reagents and original system reagents (P〉0.05). The accuracy and measuring range for samples beyond the detection range showed no statistical difference between self-made reagents and original system reagents (P 〉0.05). At room temperature for 1 year, the appearances of self-made reagents remained colorless, transparent, and no precipitation, and the number of colonies had no statistical change; the test results had no statistical difference between self-made reagents and original system reagents (P 〉0.05). Conclusions Self-made reagents have consistent test results with original system reagents, which have high accuracy and good stability, and are suitable for clinical application and promotion.
