摘　　要：西藏地处青藏高原腹地,位置偏隅,大多数地区海拔过高,气候寒冷,受制于各种自然资源的制约,农业内部结构生产比较单一,结构也是不够合理的,农业产业结构调整步伐缓慢,产业发展依旧是以传统农牧业为主的区域经济格局,当前西藏经济社会正处于历史上最好的稳定时期,从西藏实际出发,必须适时加快改造传统农业,大力发展现代农业,立足资源优势,突出产业特色,实施特色农业产业化发展,对于推进西藏经济社会跨越式发展有着重大的意义。Tibet is located in the hinterland of Qinghai Tibet Plateau, the location of partial corner, most altitude too high, Cold Climate, restricted by all kinds of natural resources in the internal structure of the agricultural production structure is relatively simple, is not reasonable, the slow pace of agricultural industry structural adjustment, industrial development is still in the traditional regional economic pattern of agriculture and animal husbandry, the Tibet economic society is in the history of the best period of stability, from the reality of Tibet, must be timely accelerate the transformation of traditional agriculture, vigoi＇ously develop modern agriculture, based on resources, highlighting the characteristics of the industry, the implementation of the special agricultural industrialization development, have great significance for Tibet to promote economic and social development by leaps and bounds.
