两种不同模式人工驯养野生拉萨裂腹鱼试验效果比较

摘　　要：试验采用静水和流水两种模式,并用不同面积遮光处理,于2014年7月至12月对拉萨裂腹鱼为期140天人工驯养试验效果比较。结果表明:两种不同模式驯养野生拉萨裂腹鱼对死亡率和转食率差异性显著,其中静水模式驯养拉萨裂腹鱼,不同遮光面积处理对死亡率和转食率差异不显著,但二者均与静水模式对照组差异显著;流水模式条件下,不同遮光面积处理对死亡率和转食率差异不显著,与对照组死亡率差异也不显著,但与对照组转食率差异显著。由此可知,在6㎡(3m×2m)水泥池,采用流水模式遮光面积(3㎡)处理驯养拉萨裂腹鱼效果相对较好。The experiment adopt two modes of dead water and Running water, with different shading area,Wild Schizothorax waltoni Regan period of 140 days had domesticated Since July to December, 2014. The results show. Two different modes of domesticated wild Schizothorax waltoni Regan were significant differences for Death rate and Food conversion rate, In dead water mode,Different shading area was not significant differences to Death rate and Food conversion rate,but the two were significant differences and Hydrostatic model control group. In running water mode, Different shading area were not significant differences to Death rate and Food conversion rate, Death rate were not also significant differences and The control group, but Food conversion rate were significant differences. Accordingly,in 6 m^2 （3m×2m） concrete ponds, Domesticated effect of Wild Schizothorax waltoni Regan was relatively good with shading area（3m^2） in running water mode.
