摘 要:编组站综合自动化系统CIPS和SAM实现了管控一体化,统一了基础调度信息,能够提供实时准确的信息资源。作者总结了两个编组站综合自动化系统带来的资源管控方式变化,并根据编组站资源的内容和特点,将其划分为实体资源和信息资源。二者之间具有关联性、互动性和耦合性,且呈现紧密链接关系。本文在分析传统的编组站资源调度优化策略及存在的随机因素基础上,提出了基于资源可用度的集群调度理念,即依托集群化的信息资源,通过高效的资源管理和调度优化技术对实体资源进行有效主动控制,以实现在更加广阔的时空范围内对编组站资源进行优化配置。The integration of management and control were realized by the integrated automation system(CIPS and SAM) in a marshalling station, which unified the basic dispatching information and could provide real-time and accurate information resources. The resources management changes were summarized,which were caused by the comprehensive automation systems of the two marshalling stations. According to the content and characteristics, the resources of a marshalling station were divided into entity resources and information resources, and the two resources were relevance, interaction and coupling, and were closely linked. On the basis of analyzing the traditional marshalling station resources dispatching optimization strategy and the existed random factors, a cluster dispatching conception based on resources availability was proposed, that is to effectively control the entity resources relying on the clustering information resources by efficient resources management and dispatching optimization technology, so as to achieve resources optimal allocation of the marshalling station in a broader range of time and space.
