国际化背景下高校海外交换与访学学生党组织建设研究

摘　　要：科研实力的飞速发展离不开坚定的政治信念与扎实的党组织建设,在学术活动日趋国际化的今天,研究国际化背景下海外交换与访学学生党组织建设情况,对于推进新形势下的党建工作具有重要意义。本文针对国内高校海外党组织建设情况进行了调研,并以北京理工大学机械与车辆学院驻外青年联合会的建立、建设与发展尝试的基础上,对建立海外党组织及管理进行了思考与总结,探索规范其组织生活、探索培养党员和促进党员先进性发挥的方式方法。The rapid development of scientific research can not do without steadfast political belief and solid construction of Communist Party. To promote party-construction developing under new international circumstances, research about party-construction development of overseas exchange and visiting scholar is required extremely, in the background which academic activities tend to be internationalized nowadays. This paper investigates the development of domestic and overseas university Party organization. The establishment, construction and development experience of the overseas Youth Federation School, Mechanical and Vehicular Engineering, Beijing Institute of Technology are taken into consideration. Moreover, some modes for establishing and managing overseas Communist Party are proposed. These modes include methods about normalizing the organization construction,and developing Party members.
