摘 要:根据混合动力汽车的系统结构,研究了叉车所采用的混联式混合动力系统结构。基于混联式叉车的结构特点,对混联式叉车的整车控制器采用分层递阶的控制策略。基于前向模型的优点,采用前向式建模方法对混联式混合动力叉车在Matlab/Simulink的环境下建立了整车模型。在JB/T3300-1992行业标准规定的循环工况下进行仿真试验,试验结果表明,分层递阶控制策略一方面能够保证混联式叉车的动力性,另一方面实现了叉车能量流的有效管理,燃油经济性提高了30.95%。According to the system structure of hybrid cars, the forklift in this paper uses series-parallel system structure.Based on the structure characteristics of series-parallel hybrid forklift, multilevel hierarchical control strategy is used to design the vehicle controller of forklift. Based on the advantages of the forward model, the model of the vehicle of series- parallel hybrid forklift is established using forward modeling method under the environment of Matlab / Simulink. The experiment is carried out under the loop condition simulation stipulated by JB / T 3300-1992 industry standards. The results of the experiment indicate that, for one thing, multilevel hierarchical control strategy can ensure the dynamic properties of hybrid forklift; for another thing, it can effectively manage the energy flow of forklift and increase fuel economy by 30.95%.
