摘　　要：从未来愿景、指导原则、三阶段目标、建设方式四方面,简要介绍了美国医疗信息技术协调办公室(ONC)于2014年6月正式发布的白皮书《连通全美医疗系统:实现可互操作医疗信息技术架构之十年愿景》。该白皮书对于美国未来十年的医疗信息技术建设具有指导作用,也会对全球医疗信息技术发展有一定促进作用。The with paper, Connecting Health and Care for the Nation： A 10-Year Vision to Achieve an Interoperable Health IT Infrastructure, is published in July 2014 by ONC, the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, USA. This article introduces it to our audience from four aspects： Vision for the Future, Guiding Principles, stage goals and five critical building blocks. The white paper will not only serve as a guideline for the achievement of interoperability in USA, and but also advance the application of healthcare information technology worldwide.
