摘 要:目的:合理配置医院诊室资源。方法:利用医院HIS中的数据,计算患者平均等待时间,统计分析出合理区间,定义任务资源因子,与科室门诊实际等待时间、任务资源占用情况进行对比分析。结果:目前医院存在3个普通门诊和19个专家门诊配置不合理,等待时间超出合理范围,门诊配置不合理的科室任务资源因子都出现明显异常。结论:通过建立医院门诊接诊任务与诊室资源的关联,对门诊诊室进行调整,可以优化医院资源,缓解门诊拥挤状况。Objective: Configure outpatient resource with average waiting time rationally. Methods: Work out the patients' average waiting time and task-resource factor with the data from the Hospital Information System(HIS), get reasonable range of patient waiting time, and compared it with practical waiting time. Results: There are 3 general hospital outpatient services and 19 expert outpatient services configuration is unreasonable. Their waiting time is bigger than the upper limit of reasonable range, and the task-resource factors are abnormal. Conclusion: It is helpful to outpatient resource configuration and declining the congestion of hospital through establishing task-resource factor and the relationship of patients and outpatient services.
