摘　　要：目的:对预防保健科在北京市免疫规划信息系统与妇幼保健信息系统中在册儿童数量差异原因进行分析并提出解决方法。方法:运用10家预防保健科中免疫规划与妇幼保健系统的数据,比对两系统中3岁以下在册儿童,计数在两系统中同时存在的匹配与不匹配个案数量,对不匹配的原因进行分析。结果:在19 261个儿童接种数据与12 960个体检数据中,只有12 850个儿童的数据同时存在于两个系统中,户籍为非本市、建册时年龄大于1岁等成为信息不匹配的危险因素,医务人员嫌麻烦,不进行录入与录入错误分别成为两套系统中与对方信息不匹配的最主要原因。结论:两信息系统中儿童数量的差异,反应出两项工作在管理和执行方面的若干问题,政府需要加大投入力度从根本上解决问题。Objective： Analyzed the reason of differences in the number of children＇s books between immunization program information systems and maternal and child health information system, provide the solutions. Methods： 10 preventive health care use in immunization programs and maternal and child health system data, compared to the two systems in children 3 years of age in the book, counting systems exist in two matches does not match the number of cases, to analyze the causes that do not match. Result： 19,261 children were vaccinated in the data and 12,960 medical data, only 12,850 children in the presence of data at the same time with the two systems, household non-city, when built in volume older than 1 year of age and other risk factors become information does not match, the medical personnel troublesome, without entry and typographical errors were to become the most important reason in the two systems do not match with each other information. Conclusion： Differences in the number of children in the two information systems, reflecting the work of a number of issues in the two management and implementation, the government needs to devote greater efforts to solve the problem fundamentally.
