摘　　要：目的:利用信息化手段解决消毒供应中心原有手工管理中存在的问题,优化消毒供应流程,提高科室工作效率和工作质量。方法:通过对消毒供应中心业务流程分解与需求分析,设计实施符合医院实际需求的消毒供应中心信息管理系统。结果:消毒供应中心信息管理系统的设计与实施,实现了消毒供应中心对消毒物品的数字化管理,规范操作方式,优化业务流程,提高工作效率,实现闭环管理。提高了消毒供应中心对临床科室及手术室的支持力度。结论:通过消毒供应中心信息管理系统的实施与建设,解决了原有的手工管理消毒包时存在的器械遗漏丢失、员工权责不清、工作量统计不准确、手术器械追溯无法实现信息化等问题,有利于提高科室及医院的整体运行效率,增强医院对手术器械质量控制的要求。同时,消毒供应中心信息管理系统也是数字化医院信息系统的重要组成部分。Objective： To use information technology tools to solve the existing central sterile supply problems in manual management, optimization sterile supply processes, improve work efficiency and quality departments. Methods： The central sterile supply and demand for business process decomposition analysis, design and implementation in line with the actual needs of the hospital central sterile supply information management system. Results： The central sterile supply information management system design and implementation, to achieve the central sterile supply for sterile digital management, standardized operation, optimize business processes, improve efficiency and achieve closed-loop management. Improve the central sterile supply departments and operating room clinical support. Conclusion： Through the implementation of central sterile supply and construction information management system to solve the original manual management pack exists when disinfection equipment omissions lost, unclear responsibilities of employees, workload statistics inaccurate, surgical instruments, such as traceability information can not be achieved problems, help to improve overall operating efficiency of the department and the hospital, hospital surgical instruments to enhance the quality control requirements. Meanwhile, the central sterile supply information management system is also digital hospital information system is an important component.
