超声局部放电检测技术在SF_6罐式断路器故障诊断中的应用

摘　　要：为有效提升断路器设备的运维检修水平,介绍超声局部放电检测技术在SF_6罐式断路器故障诊断中的应用情况,并探讨完善途径。通过一例SF_6罐式断路器内部螺栓松动缺陷产生放电信号的案例,介绍该技术在生产实际中的具体应用。案例结果表明:利用该技术可正确获取、分析异常信号,有效识别了运行中断路器的潜在缺陷,为专业人员及时消除隐患提供了可能。最后提出了超声局部放电检测技术在SF6罐式断路器故障诊断中应用的建议和展望。In order to effectively improve the operation, maintenance and repair level of breaker equipment, the Application situa- tion of uhrasonic partial discharge detection technology in fault diagnosis of SF6 pot breaker is introduced, and ways to improve it are dis- cussed. By a discharge signal case caused by the looseness defect of bolt inside SF6 pot breaker, the specific application of the technology in actual production is introduced. The result of the case shows that abnormal signal can be correctly acquired and analyzed by using the technology and potential defects in operation breaker can be effectively identified which make it possible for professional to eliminate hid- den risks in time. Finally, suggestions and prospects on the application of ultrasonic partial discharge detection technology in fault diag- nosis of SF6 pot breaker are proposed.
