人文关怀在异位妊娠护理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究人文关怀在异位妊娠护理中的作用。方法选取本院2014年3月~2015年5月收治的40例异位妊娠患者,分为2组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组患者实施常规护理联合人文关怀。对两组患者的护理满意度、焦虑与抑郁评分进行对比。结果两组患者在护理前SAS与SDS评分的对比（P〉0.05）;经过护理后,两组患者的SAS与SDS评分均有明显的下降,且观察组患者的下降幅度明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组（95%VS 75%）（P〈0.05）。结论异位妊娠患者常规护理中应用人文关怀,能够使患者的焦虑与焦虑情绪有效改善,使其康复时间明显缩短。Objective To explore the role of humanistic care in the care of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 40 cases of ectopic pregnancy treated in our hospital from March 2014 to May were divided into 2 groups,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with routine nursing care and humanistic care.The nursing satisfaction,anxiety and depression scores were compared between the two groups.Results Two groups of patients in the nursing of SAS and SDS scores of the contrast（P0.05）;after treatment,two groups of patients with SAS and SDS scores were significantly decreased,and the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group（P0.05）;observation and nursing satisfaction of patient group were higher than those of the control group（95% vs 75%）（P0.05）.Conclusion The application of humanistic care in routine nursing care of patients with ectopic pregnancy can effectively improve the anxiety and anxiety of patients,shorten the recovery time.
