摘  要:目的:探讨宫颈癌中氧化还原因子1(APE/Ref-1)和硫氧还蛋白1(Trx1)的表达及其与宫颈癌相关临床参数的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测9例正常宫颈组织、20例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)、38例宫颈癌中APE/Ref-1和Trx1的表达水平,分析各自表达水平与宫颈癌相关临床参数的关系。结果在正常宫颈组织中APE/Ref-1和Trx1均呈低表达,分别为22.2%、12.5%;在宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)中均呈中等量表达,分别为65.0%、55.0%;在宫颈癌组织中均呈高表达,分别为84.2%、89.4%;APE/Ref-1的表达与宫颈癌的临床分期、病理分级有关,Trx1的表达与宫颈癌的病理分级、淋巴结转移有关;在宫颈癌组织,APE/Ref-1和Trx1蛋白的表达呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(r=0.557,P=0.000)。结论 APE/Ref-1和Trx1可能共同参与了宫颈癌的发生、发展。Objective To explore the expression level of oxidation reduction factor-1(APE/Ref-1)and thioredoxin 1(Trx1)in cervical cancer,To analysis the relationship between them and clinical pathology.Methods This experiment used Immunohistochemistry S-P method to detect the expression of APE/Ref-1and Trx1 in 9normal cervical tissue cases,20 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and 38 cervical cancer cases.And the results were analysed with relevant statistical methods.Results APE/Ref-1 and Trx1 had weak expression in normal cervical tissue(22.2%,12.5%),moderate expression in CIN(65.0%,55.0%)and strong positive expression in cervical cancer(84.2%,89.4%),respectively;The expression of APE/Ref-1was associated with the clinical stage,pathological classification of cervical cancer,while the expression of Trx1 was associated with the pathological classification and lymph nodes metastasis of cervical cancer.The expression of APE/Ref-1 and Trx1 protein were positively related in cervical cancer,and the difference was statistically significant(γ=0.557,P =0.000).Conclusion The expression of APE/Ref-1and Trx1 protein were positively correlated in cervical cancer,which may suggest that both of proteins may be involved in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
