RVOT间隔部起搏与RVA起搏对老年病态窦房结综合征患者左室功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨右心室流出道(right ventricular outflowtract,RVOT)间隔部起搏与右室心尖部(right ventricular apex,RVA)起搏对老年病态窦房结综合征患者左室功能的影响。方法选取进行右心室起搏器植入术的患者60例,采用随机数表法分为A、B 2组,每组30例。A组患者在RVOT间隔部植入起搏器,而B组患者在RVA部植入起搏器,观察2组患者在治疗前后的QRS波时限。结果 2组患者在进行手术植入心脏起搏器后,QRS波时限均增加;但是A组患者的QRS波时限明显低于B组的QRS波时限,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年病态窦房结综合征患者左室功能的恢复,RVOT间隔部起搏相对于RVA起搏效果更好,可以为医生提供更好的手术方案。Objective To discuss the influence of RVOT interval pacemaker and RVA pacing for the elderly of left ventricular function in patients with sick sinus atrial node syndrome. Methods 60 patients with right ventricle of pacemaker implantation were selected, and divided into A and B group by using random indicator method, 30 cases in each group. A group patients were implanted pacemaker in RVOT interval ministry, B group patients were implanted pacemaker in the RVA department, to observe two groups of patients before and after treatment of QRS wave time limit. Results Two groups of patients after surgery in the implanted heart pacemakers, duration of QRS wave were increased; but A group of patients with duration of QRS wave duration of QRS wave was lower than B group, the difference had statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion RVOT interval of pacemaker has better effect than than RVA pacing for old patients with sick sinus atrial node syndrome of left ventricular function recovery, it can provide better operation scheme for doctors.
