土地整理中农田防护林生态系统服务功能价值核算——以榆林市榆阳戈尔巴乔夫孟家弯项目为例

摘　　要：农田防护林生态系统对于沙区生态系统格局的形成和功能的发挥具有重要意义。选取合理、成熟、可操作的森林生态服务评估体系和方法 (LY/T 1721-2008),对孟家湾项目区农田防护林生态服务功能价值进行核算。结果表明:2012年孟家湾项目区农田防护林生态服务功能的总价值为2 722 489.59元,其中农田防护林防护的价值1 007 170.47元,保育土壤的价值1 341 437.45元,固碳释氧的价值3 800元,净化空气的价值2 281.67元,生物多样性保护的价值367 800元。因此,农田防护林生态系统服务功能价值巨大,该结果有利于加强人们对农田防护林生态系统的认识,可为生态系统管理、生态保护和生态补偿提供理论依据。Farmland shelterbelt ecosystem is of vital importance to the structure and function of the ecological system in Muus desert.Based on the＂Forest Ecosystem Services Assessment Standards＂（LY/T1721-2008）issued by the State Forestry Administration,the farmland service function value was evaluated in 2012.The result showed that the total ecological service function value of the farmland in2012 were RMB 2.72×10~6 Yuan,of which the shelterbelt protection value,soil protection,CO_2 fixation and O_2 release,air purification,biodiversity protection accounted for 1.07×10~6 Yuan,1.34×10~6Yuan,3.80×10~3 Yuan,2.28×10~3 Yuan and 3.68×105Yuan,respectively.The result is helpful to strengthen awareness of farmland shelterbelt ecosystem protection,providing theoretical basis for ecosystem management,ecological protection,and ecological compensation.
