浅谈重庆市不合理的路桥费征收情况

摘　　要：随着费改税政策的实施全国大部分地区都在降低路桥费的征收标准,然而重庆却并没有下调其原有的路桥费,除此之外,重庆的路桥费征收工作还存在着其他一些弊病。本文将从当前路桥费征收的现状着手进行分析,找出重庆路桥费征收所存在的一些问题,然后根据这些问题所造成的严重后果来突显优化路桥费征收的重要性,最后提出相应的改善意见和建议。With the government publishing the policy about ＂transform administrative fees into taxes＂, large parts of China have depressed the standard of Highway and Bridge expense except Chongqing. Besides, there are still a lot of problems existing among the jobs of Chongqing Highway and Bridge expense. This passage will start from analyzing the current situation of Chongqing Highway and Bridge expense, and then find out what the prob- lems which caused plenty of troubles are. At last, I will give out some suggestions about how to improve the level of Chongqing Highway and Bridge expense.
