不同产地蒙药材大栀子中栀子苷的含量测定

摘　　要：目的：测定并比较不同产地蒙药材大栀子中栀子苷的含量,为大栀子的质量控制提供依据。方法：采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱：C-18柱,流动相为：乙腈-水（15∶85）,流速1.0 m L/min,检测波长238nm。结果：10个不同产地的蒙药材大栀子中栀子苷含量在4.6%-8.6%,其中贵州所产的一个批次中栀子苷含量最高（8.6%）。结论：不同产地及不同采收时间的蒙药材大栀子中栀子苷的含量差异显著。Objective：To determine and compare the content of geniposide in Mongolian medicine Gardenia jasminoides Ellisf. longicarpa from different areas,and provide the basis for quality control of Large Gardenia. Methods：RP-HPLC method was used. Analytic,the analytic column：Kromasil-C18 , the mobile phase：acetonitrile-purewater （ 15 ： 85 ）, the flow rate：1. 0 mL/min, the detective wavelength：238nm. Results：Geniposide contents in 10 samples from different areas were in the range of 4. 6% - 8. 6%. The sample with the highest content （ 8. 6%） was from Guizhou province. Conclusion：The contents of Geniposide in Mongolian Medicine Gardenia jasminoides f. longicarpa from different areas and harvest time are different greatly.
