摘　　要：分析当前氯碱工业存在的缺点:规模小、离子膜国产化率低、氯产品结构不合理、氯碱不平衡、污染大能耗高。提出打破行业同质化现状的策略:加强行业整合,加深一体化发展思路,加大产品结构调整,提升产业集中度等。认为促进氯碱行业向清洁化、绿色化生产方向发展,是实现经济可持续发展,迈向新型"绿色"工业化道路的必然选择。The current shortcomings of chlor - alkali industry were analyzed, i.e. small production scale, low use rate of China-made ion-exchange membrane, unreasonable chlorine product structure, im- balance between chlorine and alkali, serious pollution and high energy consumption. The strategies to break the situation of homogeneous product were proposed, i. e. strengthening consolidation of the industry, deepening the idea of integrative development, intensifying adjustment of product structure, enhancing industrial concentration, etc. Promoting clean and environment-friendly production of chlor - alkali industry was the inevitable choice for sustainable development of economy and for following the road to new ＂green＂ industrialization.
